The room was damp and musty smelling.

The breakfast was an absolute letdown, served on a dirty terrace. rather disappointing! the pool is a total misrepresentation, not child-friendly whatsoever. Plus, I expected complimentary treats for dealing with such inconveniences, but here I am, just like every other guest. almost thought I could recommend this place, but just couldn’t.

The Turkish Hammam experience was pure bliss, especially thanks to Seyhan, whose gentle touch made every moment feel luxurious. i had a wonderful stay for 5 nights. the location was excellent, just a 2-minute stroll to the city center, making it easy to explore. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially ridven and burhen, who offered great dining recommendations.

internet connection was very slow

I was thrilled with our stay! The spa services were totally rejuvenating and the breakfast was a feast with fabulous views from the rooftop dining area overlooking the landmarks. The staff, especially Murat & Burhan, were super friendly and helpful.

My experience wasn’t all smooth sailing. The room was cramped, barely sufficient space to move around, and it lacked proper maintenance—wires hanging out of electrical fixtures and some malfunctioning appliances. I had to deal with inconsistent hot water on the last day, and finding a shower room by the pool would have been ideal, considering guests were jumping into the pool straight from the sauna. The breakfast situation could have been much better too. the area felt overcrowded and they ran out of food without any effort to replenish it. It definitely left me wanting more variety and cleanliness for such a space.
